Christmas in July at M&S
Marks and Spencer without a doubt is the one and ONLY Christmas you don’t want to miss, EVER! They have it ALL and then some!
I always look forward to M&S xmas, every season people are like ‘Are you going M&S‘, ‘What time shall I meet you‘ and yada yada yada.
It’s the one place everyone finishes their press day marathons for quite literally an after hours food and drink party. So let’s get down to this Christmas!
Let’s just say there was a warehouse full of food!
This event was huge like all of others. As soon as I got there my mate was like ‘you can make your own gin downstairs‘. OK not even a ‘Hello, how are you‘, but ‘yeah go get your gin!!!‘.
But after gassing for like an hour I took to the womenswear and beauty parlour for a few snaparoos! A lot of these pieces (bejewelled) dropped into store this month so you can find the latest arrivals online.
Here’s a look at the womenswear:
The beauty room
As I’m well into my beauty bits now I’m mega impressed with the Autograph palettes and their strong pigments. I bagged a mini set of bright orange brushes from M&S in the summer sale, so I’m definitely keeping an eye out of their new stuff. I resisted buying a palette in the summer and once it sold out, I wanted it.
NOW let’s get down to business and head down to the food in the basement!
I lie actually, it wasn’t just food, there was also a flower garden where you could make your own flower arrangement, or just pick bunches to take home!
- Stuffed my face with Parma ham
- Stuffed by face with mature cheddar cheese
- Drank a ton of wine
- Ate far too many canapé trays
- Made my own gin in a posh glass bottle
- Took a couple of beaut mini flower gardens home
All I know if, the parma ham and the cheese were strategically placed opposite each other and was obviously the most popular place!
Here’s my best bits:
Time to chillax after all that!
Only the best from M&S!
