My Top 3 skincare Advent Calendars for Christmas!
Who wins the skincare Advent Calendar war between Lush, Tesco and Elemis?
When it comes to beauty Advent calendars it’s always the make-up ones and nail polish ones that hit the headlines! Especially the likes of Benefit and Ciaté. However this year it’s a whole new ball game with skincare and all-over-beauty versions making the shortlist!
I picked out my fave three for all budgets and tastes, so take a closer look!
Beauty at Tesco Countdown to Christmas Advent Calendar –
£50, now £25!
Now it’s hit December and coincidentally Cyber Monday, Tesco have slashed the price of their advent calendar in half, so it’s an even bigger bargain since all products together come to the value of £125!
This caught my eye immediately as it’s a FIRST from Tesco and I’m learning so much about Beauty at Tesco’s growing brand selection. It’s a 24 piece ‘all-in-one’ so it offers beauty bits from head-to-toe, quite literally.
Find brands such as Nip+Fab (everyone’s favourite ‘fix it’ brand), Eylure (the false eyelash queen), Tanya Burr (the beauty blogging sensation), and even Korres! You know, that expensive skincare brand from Greece!

12 Days of Christmas at Lush – £49.95
I think you all know I’m a ridiculous obsessive when it comes to Lush, but am I the only one that didn’t know of their Christmas Advent Calendar? Not sure it’s their first but it’s probably their best Xmas box selection to date!
It comes packaged like a Winter Wonderland book and offers 12 glittering and Christmas themed products. Best part is some of the products are from the core range like Honey I Washed The Kids (HIWTK), Karma soap and The Olive Branch.
But if you’re into trying new soaps daily this is defo one to explore, just look at the selection inside the box!
Worth over £110, this really is the creme de la creme of skincare beauty. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Elemis and this is a fantastic set not even just as an Advent Calendar, but as a gift for your mum! A little goes a long way with Elemis so these mini samples will last a lot longer than you’d think.
It’s 12 skincare products for the whole body, including a mini marine cream and their travel size cleansing balm, which is £10 alone! So this really is a blinding and powerful beauty set!
I hope next year they bring out a 24 day one, now that would be the epitome of luxury!
